I believe creating art helps heal you...

If you haven't read any of Steven Pressfield's books, A War of Art is a must read!! The opening chapter is mind blowing.


There has been multiple studies confirming that being creative can increase positive emotions, lessen depressive symptoms, reduce stress, decrease anxiety, and even improve immune system functioning.

So as Steven says, 'Do it or Don't Do it' - I have to say it hurts more by not doing it...'Give us what you've got!'
