I've just been looking back at my drawings over the past 2 years. Although I cringe at some, I can really see how I've evolved as an artist. This was my first ever drawing in coloured pastels. I am still not very confident using colour as I have a little colourblindness with reds and greens. I took a photo from the TV screen whilst watching a David Attenborough documentary and decided to have a play! I ruined my new sketchbook doing this though as it's sooo messy and powdery! oops... Maybe a new sketch book should go on my Christmas list!!
